I have a preference for the standalone version because, out of the
box, it's easier to use. Menu options are more Flex oriented... the
run and debug buttons work easier without having to be remapped, etc.

My problem is that CFEclipse doesn't run (well) and is not supported
by Mark on Eclipse 3.1 (which is what Flex Builder 2 runs on).

Flex Builder 3 however is currently running on Eclipse 3.2, and so I
found that CFEclipse runs just fine when installed to the standalone
version of Flex Builder 3.

And since Flex Builder 3 can compile Flex 2 applications just fine, it
is now my IDE of choice :)
