I've teamed up with some people in the business school and I have a flex project in development. I'm busy with school and so I've stopped working on it currently. Must have: Flex/AS3 experience UI design experience AS3 design pattern knowledge SQL Server experience High speed internet - you might do the work via remote desktop Ajax experience will ensure that you get to work longer. This can well be a work at home side project as long as you can meet deadlines and can expand on the creativity. I have a team of marketers and clients interested already. So if there is a future in this business, it would turn into a full time position for you.
