oops, first, are you using IIS or Apache?  If so, port 80 most likely and we
may be done.   Unless you are using SSL, then we narrowed down to another
issue.  If no web server, then its probably 8300 or something and should be
in your URL.  eg, http://localhost:8700/myapp  So compare your URLs for
server and local first.  Let us know those.

FYI, since you have Enterprise CF running, you can see the ports in your
Enterprise Manager or JMC, the former being easier to get to.
