If there is a jsessionid showing in SESSION.URLToken then J2EE
sessions are enabled. As the blog to which I linked says, the
jsessionid needs to be in a different place than that in which it
appears in session, URLToken - it needs to be before any query
variables, like this:

http://blah.blah.com/somepage.cfm;jsessionid=xxxxxx?somevar=y&someothervar=z
