Exactly, the Flex Builder context.root variable is what corresponds to your server-side application root. If you deployed CF as /cfusion context-root (default for war deployment) you whould have to set it the same way in Flex Builder so the channel points to the right place ( http://someservername/cfusion/flex2gateway ). Standard or Multiserver usually use / as context-root so your channel will always point to http://servername/flex2gateway .
