Have you tested the CFM script on its own, maybe using a GET parameter? Also make sure you listen for IOErrorEvent in your Flex app. Catch the event, and check the info it returns. This may give some clues. Also check CF logs for clues. Most likely an easy fix once you know hat to fix :-)
