Without seeing any code, the only thing I can suggest would be to pop in some trace's and set error handlers for the remote object methods. Honestly though, fora question like this you might want to send it to a group like flexcoders (on yahoo groups) or a PHP list if the problem is more PHP centric. Or, if you are new enough to PHP that it doesn't seem to be getting the job done for you, switch to CF ;)
