Don't waste any time w/ Flash Forms in CF. They have all but been abandoned now that the Flex framework is free.
There is a Flex based Rich Text Editor; it just sucks when compared to the functionality offered by HTML based Rich Text Editors. Drumbeat Insight has a Flex HTML Editor component; I suspect that is the one you mention below. I thought it used an iFrame trick to pop in an HTML Editor on top of the Flash swf. Other than that, there isn't anything you can do [that I'm aware of].
