If you're using RemoteObject, you need to have a corresponding channel
that uses the HTTPS port (typically TCP/443). You should already have
that channel defined by default ("my-cfamf-secure"). If you're using
WebService, you don't need to define a channel at all.

I thought that the add-no-cache-headers setting was set to false by
default now, but I could be wrong about that. Again, though, that only
affects RemoteObject, not WebService.
