Sr Flex Developer Location(s): Culver city, CA Job Description Skills : Strong Flex experience, Knowledge of custom components and flex frameworks, Knowledge of Java/J2EE/Unix will be added advantage strong problem solving skills, Strong coordination and communication skills, experience with onsite/offshore coordination Experience : 6-8 years Responsibility : ⢠Providing Estimates on enhancement requests ⢠Requirements Gathering and clarification ⢠Analyze Functional Spec and seek clarifications if any from Business ⢠Able to prioritize request ⢠UAT coordination with business ⢠Discussion with client managers on technical issues/designs/ideas/improvements etc ⢠End to end management of technical documents preparation and review ⢠Coordination with cross function team for integration testing ⢠Prepare and review Implementation plan for any major releases/enhancement ⢠Coordinate Deployment with all relevant teams ⢠Onsite-offshore calls for regular updates and project status ⢠Any architecture level decisions and discussion with client manager ⢠Resolution of any critical technical issue
