Hello Group, One of my coullege is a 1.6 years experience holder with dot net as primary skillset. My Coulleges profile is not completely into programming and so has not worked as a full fledge programmer and now wishes to enter the software domain. Would be great if anyone could suggest, if my coullege can enter into Flex development only on the basis of programming experience and get trained and work on Flex via the company.
If there happens to any opportunity, kindly revert back. Open to work anywhere in India but preferrably Mumbai or Pune. Any help on this reegards would be highly appreciated.
