Hi Natwar, I have never used this framework before. But I just visited their official site. It says that Ariaware is an AS 2.0 framework. This essentially means that you cannot use it with Flex.
Well, what is your requirement? Are you targeting any specific platform? If you want to use Flex, there are a lot of other frameworks available, which can be selected based on project requirements. If you are looking for a solution in Flash only, I suggest that you should post this query on a pure Flash forum. You stand a better chance of getting more responses on this! Good Luck!
