Hi, I think you can use WindowShade <http://flexlib.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/examples/WindowShade/WindowShade_Sample.swf>component to achieve this functionality. But you will have to extend that and modify a few features to adapt to your requirements. But this is the closest I can think of!
