aah...none of the resources that I've used are free...as mentioned in the original post I've used the video tutorials from lynda.com which are really useful for both starters and intermediate level knowledge. Then I've used the sample practice tests on ATTEST which also directs you to the important livedocs. So that's all I've used for preparation. hope that helps you...also i'm sure that you can find a lot more resources on this community if you do some searching...
