Hi, no need to find css.. if u create the skin. in flash or in illustrator.. its exports swc file.. open your flex builder and choose skinArt and choose the location you have the swc.. and click next... its ask the movieclip symbol to choose the item and finish.. its automatically generate the css to your application...
