Okay... Actually your error refers to the IDragManager interface. Thats the
reason I asked about dragging.

How have you implemented the module? Are you loading the module dynamically
on some user interaction? Can you paste all the code that is involved with
this component... that is how you have created the module, how you are
loading it, etc. This will help us drill down to the actual issue.
