dhileepen, try out creating modules for your projects. see an example here http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/201/html/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=LiveDocs_Book_Parts&file=modular_083_5.html or simply create mxml components for different views and use them as components in your main applications where ever required.
