Hi Venkat,
I have one more doubt about Advanced DataGrid.I would explain the
question based on an example:
Suppose we have data with 4 columns A,B,C,D.The data has to be grouped
by A and B.
When the output is generated then the data for A and B come in tree
form. But the data of both A and B appear in the same column. Is there
some way in which on generation of output the data for A shows in
column A in the collapsed form.Rest of the columns don't show any data
at this point. On clicking column A member, the data for column B appear
in column B in the collapsed form, rather than in the same column as A
with slight right intendation. The data for C and D won't be available
at this point. On further clicking B the data for C and D appear in
their respective columns.
I read in a book that "The AdvancedDataGrid control displays a
navigation tree in the first column that lets you navigate the data
hierarchy".
Can this navigation tree be pushed to other columns too?
Thanks,
Shishir.
PS:Could you please tell me how to add attachments to the threads
here.Sending snapshot for the above problem would make it easier to
understand.
