EXPRIENCE: 5+ Years with at least 2yrs in flex development CTC: 12 Lakhs PA MAX Mandatory Skills: 2 years of professional Flex development. Exposure on using Flex Builder or any Java IDE. Have strong analytical skills and be quick to adapt to new technologies. Ability to effectively manage time and work on multiple projects. Excellent communications skills to coordinate with various teams involved. Desired Skills: Good knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, and Hibernate. Knowledge in any one of the database MySQL / SQL Server is preferred. Knowledge in Ajax, JavaScript and XML is preferred. Experience in Flex 3.
