I'm looking to hire a flex developer to work for a US based client of
mine. This is an India based position at the moment and the selected
candidate will have the option of working from home. GIven below is a
snapshot of the kind of person we are looking for.
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Interested in designing and developing high quality, high volume
and maintainable and extensible web
applications in using Flex, Java, and XML
* Must have experience with one complete lifecycle of a project
* Familiar with Adobe's Flex, including Cairngorm, MVC, or similar
architecture.
* Some experience with web presentation technologies (e.g. DHTML,
CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSL, and AJAX)
* Able to document ideas and code in a clear, comprehensive and
organized manner
* Superior problem-solving skills
* Ability to quickly troubleshoot and respond to bugs
* Great written and verbal communication skills (can be English or
Portuguese)
* Flash ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 development is highly desirable
