:-) this i would say is one of most asked questions on the list. the opportunities are really good and i can say despite of the economic slowdown companies are hiring flex developers ;-) flex is a next big thing in RIA space and i am sure most of the guys on the list would agree me on this so go ahead and start learning flex All the best
