Hi Team, We use siteminder for authentication/authorization, normally if user is authenticated the information ie session id, user role etc are availble in siteminder header (i think part of HTTP header).
We want to read information available in HTTPHeader for authorization (say redirecting to appropiate page based on logged in user role for ex admin role to admin page). This information is availble/provided by siteminder and is avaialable in HTTPHeader. In nut shell we want to read HTTPHeader information using flex/actionscript Alternate way should have been to read HTTPHeader thru any intermediate page (jsp/asp) and pass required info to flex application using flashvar thru parameters. But we do not want any intermediate page as this may lead to extra click for user. Problem here is we are not able to read availble HttpHeader information using flex. Even if you can suggest any other approach to achieve this will be highly appreciated. Hope I explained my problem and requirement, let me know if you need any other information.
