Just to pitch in, MS has a wonderful startups package where you get to use
allMS software that you can for a mere $100 for 3 year license. And if you
decide
not to keep using MS you can exit without any questions. After 3 years or
once
you are done with production and ready to sell you can
pick commercial license.
Adobe on the other hand charges for every damn thing and its so painful
for startups unless your startup is not built on the values of integrity
and
you want to pick pirated Flex and Flash dev tools.
