Hi Thanks to both of you for replying to this post. This one is an application in itself and will take long to do this I've just started developing the custom control and got success in developing the timeline-track control with some drag-drop and resizing utility. Shaleen your blog would defiantly help out the persons like us to enhance their flex skills just do it quick.
