hey Brasil Even i got the same problem previously in my experience what mistake i did was installed AIR and developed AIR application in Flex 3 but unknowingly AIR was upgraded to another version i.e to next version but i dont know my junior did this i was launching application which i developed but unable to do during that time i got this error please check the version and try again uninstall AIR application and try to install again if you are not able to install then you also have same problem what i had but if you can install properly and not able to open then some other problem
