no there is no tools as such but u can do this in flex using graphics class .. there are two methods in that class which applies to all shapes of flex 3 (even canvas container ) .... use moveTo and lineTo method to join any two points in chart or on any where on stage... and u can draw a trend line ... by getting the max and min of ur graphs in flex
