Hi Paritosh,
Im guessing you can use

var ct:ColorTransform = new ColorTransform(0,0,0,0,R,G,B,A);

where R, G, B, A are the new rgba values.

This should set the color of the object to the new color.

If you are not going to be meddling with alpha then

var ct:ColorTransform = new ColorTransform(0,0,0,1,R,G,B);

where R, G, B are the new rgba values.
