REQUIREMENT DISCRIPTION: • 3-4 years of IT experience with minimum 1.5 years in J2EE based projects. • Should have expertise in Flex, Java 5, spring, Hibernate and knowledge of any RDBMS. • Should have worked on any one of WebSphere, Jboss or WebLogic • Good communication skills. Desirable Skills Experience on Agile methodology Insurance domain Experience on Agile would definitely be a plus. POSITION TITLE – TECHNICAL LEAD- FLEX JOB LOCATION: NOIDA Job Description: The person is expected to lead a team of 6-7 persons in Flex/java based agile development environment. Should be technically hands-on in Flex and should be able to interact with US based client on regular basis. The person should be able to estimate, plan, assign and track work to the team member and prepare status reports. REQUIREMENT DISCRIPTION: • 5-7 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years on Flex and minimum 4 years on J2EE. • Should have expertise in Flex, Java 5, Spring, Hibernate and knowledge of any RDBMS. • Should have worked on any one of WebSphere, Jboss or WebLogic • Excellent communication skills. • Should have been to US or any other country at least once.
