Hi Anto,
If you are talking about the integration of a J2EE application with
the Flex app; then you could use Eclipse plug-in for the Flex Builder.
You could add both the J2EE app as well as the Flex app onto a single
project and play around.

You could download a 60 days trail version of the plug-in. You could
google for the J2EE and Flex Integration.
