Hi, I'm working in Flex development for over an year now. Now companies are seeking Flex Professionals more than ever and as a result you see a long list as a "DESIRED Flex Professional profile/skills".
So I would like to make a MUST HAVE FLEX Skiils/Essentials. Kindly, add to the list so that we have a comprehensive and important set of Flex Skiils at the end. 1. Flex Component Life cycle 2. Flex Remoting includes technologies like AMFPHP, WEBORBPHP, BlazeDS, LiveCycle etc. 3. Flex Data Visualization (Charting Components) ie experience in making Dashboards, Dynamic Graphs, etc 4. Flex Microarchitectures like Cairngorm, MVC, Mate, etc 5. Flex with AIR 6. Flex and WebServices 7. Flex and SOA 8. Flex and Java (Not very clear, How?, but I know its important) 9. Understanding Flex application Business value and impact There are many more, as each one of you might have encountered varied project requirements in which Flex is desired and being used. Lets add to the list above which will be useful to the existing Flex Professionals and the new budding ones..
