Thanks for responsing Edword. First u import this project in ur flex builder and run application.Now u go to design mode of all the components including application.Then u will get error definitely(first run and then go to design mode).If u run u will get one screen like home and adminsettings hyperlinks.Then u click on the adminsettings hiperlink.After that u click on editorganization link and the click on adminsettings link.Now u go to design mode.
