Hi, Its a personal advice, dont go with Caringorm, if you are new...and u r not strictly with MVC than look at Mate-Framework. Thats really a nice-one, and less bud-prone. On t other hand if u r going with Caringorm u will be stuck to its Singleton-Concept functionality, which is some way good while someway ...! If u r new, than have a look at MATE.
Moreover Adobe has made Caringorm 5years back, and till today since from 5years there is no-development on the same, so its not really very appreciated by the Adobe, as of parallel-development.
