We develop engaging RIA for different industries in Europe. You should be strong in OOP and Flex components building experience. Most hopefully you have used Mate before, or Cairngorm, or PureMVC, or Parsley frame work.
You should know that a controller takes a view, and instantiate a model. You should be able to pick up new design patterns rapidly, and you not only understand UML but you like them! The elected developers will receive remote work, and discuss each daily task to agree it can be delivered. We offer work to developers from intermediary skills onwards.
