just to inform you that I find solution, it should be like this
private function getLoginHandler(evt:ResultEvent):void
{
TextRole.text = evt.result.toString();
currentState = (evt.result.toString());
}
This is used to read information from database and set State for that
kind of user.
I hope that this will help someone.
