Thanks Folks for all ur suggestions. The reusable components what I have developed were mentioned below.
Left Navigation Bar : Some thing like setting a dataprovider for the component which hold ur button names and label rather going for developing a left nav for each project. Filter bar data Grid : Filter for the grid which will filter and list out the results based on the search critrea. Customized Upload option using file reference class. And some more.
