Again Hi to all, The solution right now that I have tried and coded is: We can write/store the last access time of EncryptedLocalStore in itself and in the preinitialize event of the windowed application, check for the applicationDirectorie's creation time is greater than this time, if it is then, reset the EncryptedLocalStore or else proceed. We check with the applicationDirectory creation time because, it gets removed totally when the application is uninstalled and creted newly when the application is installed be it of the same version.
