I am looking out for a good Flex Developer to develop a component. Its should usually not take more than 5-6 hours (one weekend work). I can send across the artifacts/requirements and you can then reply with your effort. I shall pay 60$ for the whole stuff. The developer needs some good knowledge of effects too.
