Hello Friends,

For me also the same problem happens...

but i'm renderering the image with label inline in a datagridcolumn code
look like...

<mx:DataGrid id="sepProDetCLSGrid" width="100%" height="140" styleName="
fieldTextSmall"

verticalGridLines="false" horizontalGridLines="true" headerStyleName="
excollapseTableLinkHeader"

scroll="main()" >

<mx:columns>

<mx:DataGridColumn headerText="Name">

<mx:itemRenderer>

<mx:Component>

<mx:HBox>

 <mx:Image creationComplete="test()" source="Embed(source='s.gif')"
show="test()" id="t1" click="outerDocument.testMain(data.COLLEAGUE_NAME,t1)"
>

<mx:Script>

<![CDATA[

*import* mx.states.AddChild;

*import* mx.controls.Alert;

*private* *function* test():*void
*

{

*if*(data.GRID_COUNT > 0)

{

Alert.show(*"excute"*);

*

t1.source="s.gif";
*

*//this.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK,outerDocument.testMain);
*

}

*else* *if* (data.GRID_COUNT <=0)

{

t1.source = *""*;

}

}

]]>

</mx:Script>

</mx:Image>

<mx:Label text="{data.COLLEAGUE_NAME}"/>

</mx:HBox>

</mx:Component>

</mx:itemRenderer>

</mx:DataGridColumn>
</mx:datagrid>

please let me know asap how i can solve this problem....

Regrads,
Pradeep.
