Hi, In India, the certification cost is $50 (Rs. 2500). It is $150 in the US.
For those asking for materials for preparation, there is no separate book available that will help you prepare for the certification. What helps the most is your practical experience in working with Flex and AIR. However as Mayur said Live Docs is a good place to look out for stuff. If you are new to Flex, Programming Flex 3 by Chafic Kazoun & Joey Lott is a good book to start with. Essential ActionScript is another good book. Oh... by the way..
