In your project properties, in the flex compiler tab, the addtional compiler options would be like this "-locale en_US" so when ur flex builder compiles ur application it searches the localisation of en_US @ the place where ur flex is installed ex c:/program files/Flex Builder 3\sdks\3.0.0\frameworks\locale if the folder named as "en_US" is then it throws such kind of error
