Application server knowledge must include WebSphere or JBoss. Database knowledge must include one of the following; IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL 2003 or MySQL. The candidate will participate in the design and development an N- Tier application for a marketing management solution. Strong communication will be required to interface with Crosscap's customers. As part of the Engineering team, the candidate will also be required to participate in software architecture and quality assurance aspects of the products.
