Flex 4 is out very recently , So it will not be long for the Flex 4 exam to roll out , So if you have get the Flex 3 certification you should be getting it fast and once the Flex4 exam is out , As per the Adobe site the previous one will be invalid after 3 months of the Flex4 exam is out .
