ExternalInterface.addCallBack("clear",clearValue);
will be ExternalInterface.addCallback("clear",clearValue);
and when your app initialized ,is isLoaded() function do?
in your project ,index.template.html added your js code:
like:
window.onbeforeunload=function(){ ${application}.clear();
