Hi,

You can use papervision3d. You can draw your models using google sketchup,
define areas where your image gets applied inside the tool interactively,
export them as google earth file (.kmz format).

The kmz file can be unzipped to give you the dae file containing the info
about the models. Import that in flex using papervision3d. Then using the id
for the texture area that you defined in the model, you can make the image
fit on a specific area of the model.
