Hi Ivan, I've worked a little with FlashDevelop (http://osflash.org/flashdevelop) and I find it quite pleasent to work. The main problem in it is that it doesn't have a debugger yet. Other than that it has a nice autocompletion feature and just about anything you would aspect in a decent IDE.
