Do u want to create a java project and create java classes in flash builder 4 IDE ??? same as u create flex projects .
Then In Help -> Install new Software-> work with -> put Galileo - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo. click next ... it will install java plugin for flash builder 4 ....
