Just figured out, you cant do that. I believe, you can try to write a
wrapper tha flips pages using buttons.

Having multiple instance of loaders for each frame or bitmaps would be overkill.

Another approach would be to convert each pdf page as separate swf,
then bring in all swfs as movieclips in same frame of another swf? It
can be done statically as well as dynamically.

Swfcombine or perhaps some other tool might be used.
