Hi newBee, First of all I dont know why you want to make the HSlider non- draggable, which is the basic feature of the HSlider. :P Anyway you can achieve this by making the property 'enable="false"'. This will make the HSlider non-draggable. Anyway you may need to style it to make it look like the enabled HSlider.
