All the things the guys said above, PLUS - If you're using Firefox, install the Web Developer toolbar. This add-on lets you permanently disable the cache. It's a great time-saver because you don't have to keep clearing the cache every time and you don't accidentally forget to clear the cache and spend the afternoon debugging an outdated version of your binary.
