- You should know Action Script 3.0!, Yes!! You should know how to make application using Action Script 3.0 - You should know the internals of Flash Player and how the Player executes code and render the screen. - At least 2-3 years experience in developing using Flex 3.X framework. Work experience in Flex 4.X SDK will be great. - Work experience in Adobe AIR 2.X. If you have worked on a larger application using AIR, it will be a plus! - You should have worked with at least one application development frameworks (Preferably PureMVC). - You should know UI Component architecture of Flex SDK (3/4) and should have worked on custom components. - You should know the delivery medium of Flash applications and related technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, AIR. - You should know the storage mechanisms for using with Flash applications and related technologies like MySQL, SQLite, SQL Language, XML, JSON etc. - We feel you should be having at least 3 years of relevant experience to have the above skills. But you can prove us wrong!! Above all you SHOULD be proficient in Object Oriented Design and Programming using Action Script 3.0; application of common design patterns in Flash applications.
